I just saw a build of a level 10 WR who has +18 to his speed. Is it possible to have +18 at level 10???

4 pieces of Regular Equipment would be +3 to Speed apiece at level 16.

Plus his CEQ, which is +6 to Speed.

But he is level 10 according to the OP. Wouldn't it be +8 from regular equipment and +6 from custom equipment for a total of +14?

Level 10 WR with +18 equipment added to his speed. Not ratting him out but making sure I ain't missing out on how to do something? (I can see the build as he is on m team)

+6 from three pieces of normal equipment
+5 from advanced piece (body) assuming it was a +3 speed with 2 points of upgrades (initial and level 8)

That would give you 18.
