Might I try to help here? There are several suggestions that are to intend to allow co-owners and coaches more team-related abilities such as setting up scrims and such. Perhaps all of this can be addressed together. If so, then I would still add that such access to anyone but the team owner should always be an OPTION and not a rule. If the team owner wishes to allow his Co-owners, OC's and DC's the ability to give mods access or to scrim or whatever else, then it's the choice of the person who owns the team and pays the flex for that right. Or, at least, it should be. Owners should also know this comes with a caveat... if you allow access to your teams in such a manner, then you give up almost all recourse to complain about issues regarding the same. Given all that, I still +1 this. But ONLY if it's an option... not a rule.
