Wasn't useful until last season and they can still get it through a CEQ switch. They also have 10 SV which will help more than AF%.

SV may (debatable) help more with the overall build than AF% (I prefer AF%), but AF% >> SV when it comes to avoiding fakes

why would you want to finalize your AEQ before plateau?

Because waiting till lvl 79 to roll is fail? Also the sim changes soo much each season its not like it really matters anyway. CEQ is a godsend , u can rent a new one for super cheap whenver need be. Thats why U should always make your CEQ something that isnt a must have. Preferable a second % piece in most cases.

I typically try to pick up a +3 attribute and sit on it until I make my final decisions

It's cheaper to buy the +5% pieces and add the +3. And what Sellars said. Shopping at lvl 41-51 is much better than at 79.

+3 attrib is good if your adding an SA but for % gear cheaper to roll the % and add the +3. Assuming you are going to add certain % at lvl 79 and have preplanned BTs for that is fine but, u still have the sim changing soo wild every season that u can never predict what will work next season and beyond aside from certain pieces like HB%, BB% and MT% pieces that are always going to be #1 for their respective uses

retire imo
