Make them mean a little more than just a simple bump to an attribute.

it does seem pretty weak, im sure the glb gods in the WL would say that 1 point can be huge and Ill say great, but in the lower leagues 1 sp dont mean dick. now a 10 sp boost might be worth talking about.

WL and Pro are good

at what level do they start to suck?

perhaps they should be displayed somewhere on the team home page or roster page so that we can easily tell which team players have the endorsements

Thats the job of a smart person to figure out.

Make it go by age or something and actually give you less of whatever as you age.
