irony on this post considering who quote it
In these forums I do not claim to be profound.
I claim to be merely observing simple truths.
Like "gee golly, look at all these 100 point games. Did I buy an NBA Simulation??? What the %#@! is wrong with this game?"
Nothing profound in my observations, just truthfulness.
Whats profound is the code, as in profoundly stupid.
EDIT - PS if Bort should happen to wander in here, which one would imagine is unlikely, let me say that my extreme gab on the game is in response to the flame war tone of debate. The code is not really stupid. But man, dude. Seriously. Watch some games on Sunday and then check out the GLB scoreboards. Adjust programming accordingly, kay?

You're quite the idiot. Nowhere in the description of the game does it even pretend that it wishes to mimic the NFL--the opposite is true in that their is a disclaimer in that regard.
Further, there are several "pro" levels of football that don't involve the NFL. So called "lingerie football" is "pro football" if the bikini-clad players are paid to play. There are literally dozens of "pro" football games that don"t offer any guarantee of a level playing field.
FFS, stop littering up the "Suggestions" forum and instead focus on the (too large) number of teams you pretend to manage and the (too large) number of dots you pretend to build.
