Morale bonuses are pretty much all the finance side of the game deals with. Learning that, as simple as it is, give you the needed cash.

if you have owned the team since you started the players, $50M is pretty low - and wasting cash on season long promos that low is a waste - you shouldn't need them and save the cash for National Pro and WL
