Exactly what can and can't I change when I buy a piece of AEQ?
If it has +3 con, can I change that to spd?
If it has +3%, can I change it to 5%?

if it's a +3 con, you can add a % or SA to it
if its +3%, you can add a +3 attribute to it
if its +3%, you can add a +3 attribute to it

If you do it right you actually can stock pile some xtra BTs to try the lottery first. Sometimes it works out.

It's pretty crazy not to shop for at least your first piece. Even if you have a huge distaste for the shopping process.
