If at lvl 79 you can buy 1 SP for 15 BT's...can you trade 1 SP for 15 BT's?

i forgot what forum this was and clicked thinking it was a suggestion to have somekind of marketplace where people could swap their dot's BTs for another dot's SPs and vice versa. was eager to read the comments

for sure 15unused to start a new guy then free 3boost means 33sp to trade delete guy repeat!
but i see no problem if someone wants to dump their Sp for BT which i would think would hurt them more then help unless you were 79.
