I'm sure its been mentioned b4 somewhere but I feel that the chemistry thing is unneccessary. When players want to leave your team ,then why do u have to be punished for every single transaction u make??? Recruiting is hard enough as it is. My question is, whats the point in Team Chemistry?

Also, in casual, we have the option to add %'s to whatever formations we want to play with. It still doesn't give enough control to the coach. How about having an option to either click on our desired formation u want to play out of(like now) OR have a tab that will take you to every play in that formation so you can use it at whatever ever % u want.

it stops you from moving rosters to other teams and rewards teams that have dots that stay.

non casual also allows you to put particular players in at certain plays. I'm not concerned about that aspect of it. That takes more time as well. I'm just talking about something in between cas and non cas, like picking plays. It could be the new way to play casual and a little more exciting. It sucks when you don't have any control over the playcalling whatsoever. For instance, I HATE wr screens. In order to get around that, I wouldn't be able to dial up any WR short routes. Is that not right?

-1 to more tactics options in casual.

The majority of casual owners I know play because they don't want to be bothered with a lot of tactics options and/or they don't have time to do more game planning than what casual already requires.

Still....I can see a point overlooked here.

If you were able to pick a "favored play style" for both rushing and passing, it would give more flavor to a team. All it has to do is weight that type of call, like screen, slam or hook, within the play call calculation. Some teams would better against that call than others, but that often comes down to talent in Casual leagues. You could do the same on defense to balance the scale....man to man or zone, soft or tight, cover 1 or cover 2, etc. Base it on the play style.

It would be easy enough to adapt to from game to game if someone was that motivated. It also would allow more relaxed players to establish a character for the team as they stick to their guns - in which case they may "casually" learn more about builds and archetypes to hone what they are looking for come recruiting time.

So I see a benefit to both sides, as long as it sticks to just play style - something preset playbooks don't account for.

I was thinking something thats just more in depth to the play style. Thats it. Just not so casual about it

that is the thing about casual though. alot of people like casual because it doesn't take so much time to gameplan.

True.
Also you cannot implement extra offensive plays without giving the defense a something to counter it with. Then you get into game planning.
It is a slippery slope.
If you need more options play in the regular leagues and take your beatings like a man.

This as always. If you want more options they are available in the regular leagues.
