I can see why you would want the idea... but it'd be next to impossible to enforce.

Yeah... and it's almost not needed unless you just want something to force teams to spend more money. Most coaches/coordinators usually get locked in to their teams as they become familiar with the owners and dot builders that also return over the seasons.

I agree I have slowed down on being a OC but I can promise I would stop completely if I had to sign a contract just to OC

Ugh. You do realize that a lot of times when people have to give up coordinator jobs it's because of real life issues that come up with work or family or school? Those things should come before an online game.

Having to sign a contract to coach means you are responsible for a entire team of agents. There should be no obligations to this game when it comes to that. Keep it the way it is imo

I agree to this ONLY if it's something that is more "honorary" than mandatory. Sort of like having "captains" on the team (as far as GLB is concerned, not RL)... it's an "honor" you can bestow upon someone but not a obligation that causes issues if it needs to be broken for whatever reasons (like vacations, moving, military deployment, ect, ect, ect). I firmly believe that GLB should NEVER put forth things that "force" people into bad situations. When in doubt, make it optional, to be sure to keep all of your customers happy (or, at least, as many as you possibly can).
