I was thinking, since we have the option to label agents as coaches or personnel, how bout we have captains or leaders. For example: If you like the ST play of a particular STOP LB, why not have him on the team page of not only a GM maybe but your ST captain or leader? There doesn't have to be any kind of bonus, but maybe just a simple gesture of appreciation you have for that player. This proposal is nothing major, but I'd like to see it and it should be a very easy option to add. Does anyone see anything wrong with this?

+1 I have no problem with token gestures that have no impact on the players builds

Make it 3, as the total number of captains you can have. You can even use it on 3 offensive player if ya want.

This could also add recognition to this player to other agents on the team. More RESPECT and MENTORSHIP should come out of this

Agreed! It can't have impact on builds

Don't we already have this essentially with the Top Player Threats?

My captains or leaders don't have to be stat leaders. They could be ones who's most active in the forum or ones who have the most knowldge about builds or the game itself. My capatins would probably be an offensive, defensive, and a ST player thats been with my team the longest, and in my situation with how I run my team, I put your player in a situation to be great and if u don't perform, you won't get an extention. This idea was inspired by a ST player of mine thats probably not ever gonna win a award for anything but he's a solid strength tackler and thats why I keep him around. It gets hard to keep good ST players around bc they want to get on the field. This would be appreciated by those players

0 cares as long as no bonuses are tied to it. otherwise it's a -1

this.

once you start adding in bonuses for those dots, everyone will want to be a captain and then recruiting will be even worse.
