Exactly the way I saw it. That's a loophole GLB can't do much about. If someone is that determined, they are going to find a way. And seeing as how GLB users are spread across multiple continents, are you really going to buy a flex card for an agent 2000 miles away when you could just transfer money to a debit card or PayPal account? I mean, one is definitely more work than the other.
