If you set to "cover man without move" the TE can end up miles away from the guy covering him, but if you use "cover with move" you end up altering the entire balance of the secondary and exposed to outside running to the side opposite the TE

would be nice to have some kind of way to change the coverage for when the offense lines up the TE on the offensive left side--whether by having it as an input choice in DAI or having different formations in DPC like "I form strong right" and "I form strong left"

Only time the TE doesnt line up on the left side for say I formations is when he is set to pass block on the other side.. For run plays you cant choose which side the TE is on. He can only block from the side he is assigned. On a pass play if he is on the right side he can block or catch depending on the settings but thats where you line up the coverage anyway, if he is on the left side he can only block, the only way to get on the left side anyway is to be set to pass block left.

No good comes of this suggestion.

I like it when they try to Double Team the RDE or get 2 Blocker's out there to stop the RDE and Will, It frees up the Strong Side Player's to make more Plays in the Blitzing Game which they normally don't do vs. Base Formations.
But I agree with SG, Nothing good is going to come from this suggestion

Well what he is saying isnt even possible either.. You cant have a TE on the left side of the formation for a run play (if its an i form play ect, big I is the exception)
