Do i need to send support a request to be removed or can my guys recieve contracts from other teams? First time this has happened to me. Thanks for the help

Send support ticket. You can not receive offers from others while on human owned team, even if owner goes inactive a long time
Keep in mind support is really busy this time of season, and probably even more so do to the oversight with team demotions. Might take them a couple days to get back to you, but they are generally very good at responding to your support tickets.
If you don't get a reply within next 5 days, send another.
