If new owners or just some owners in general just flat-out can't earn money from stadiums and pay player's salaries(Which my teams have all failed because of it), let the team's owner (Not co-owner, just the owner), declare bankruptcy. Nothing really happens, it just resets the team cash back to $5,000,000 or so so that player salaries can still get paid. This will allow noobs and other owners to learn from their mistakes and lol at themselves, while giving them a fresh new beginning(No, players are still on the roster).

Exploitable (giving an owner a one time free shot at spending whatever the heck he likes to get a morale advantage in that one season). Has to be some consequence to at least off set that.

Maybe if it demoted you a league? Say from National Pro to Reg, Competitive to Regular, etc???

Not sure if its really doable without some sort of exploit though.

even if you aren't at the bottom level, going min salaries and no promos until you finish a stadium should allow you to be successful

instead of asking for a bailout, solve the problem

The cash balance will automatically reset to $5,000,000, no matter what your cash balance was before that, so that shouldn't be exploitable. Give the noobs a chance. Some people fail a lot when they own. Give them a second chance. But if they fail after the second chance, they're gone.

this is NGTH, it's far to exploitable, and there are already some things in place to help with the finances that would make this way too forgiving.
