I am not sure if the divisional winners actually get a trophy. I may be wrong though once I get to a comp instead of my phone I will try to look it up.

Your would be wrong sir... just not all the time. Seriously, it's personal and individual, not mechanical. If someone who owns a team thinks it's not worth their time to put in any effort, then what makes you think they'll ever change their attitude? I've played in fantasy football leagues, baseball leagues, you name it... and ALWAYS there's players who, when they fall far enough behind in the standings, fold their tents and run off to chase the next "best thing". I would like to see some kind of achievement page. With a tab for players and a tab for team achievements. I would +1 this op if we did. That is a whole other suggestion though.

The losers of the semi-final (conference championship) games play each other anyway. Why not add a bronze medal for the team that wins that game?
More medals can't hurt - people like medals. Difficult to imagine it would take more than 5 seconds to make the gif, and Gold/Silver/Bronze has a precedent already. Also adds one more meaningful game if people want. I don't see any negatives.

If you are gonna hand out Silver you should hand out Bronze plus it gives a couple teams one more meaningful game for the season it's win win imo
