Do we get Flex Points at the end of the season? I am a returning user and just need refreshed on it, I thought I remembered getting FP at the end of the season, but I could be wrong.

You get 1 at a time. You can retire and remake a new free player as many times as you want for as long as your account is around.
So, for example, you could make 1 peewee free player every season by retiring at the end of each season and remaking him.
