People confuse the NFL PD stat with the GLB PD stat.
In the NFL, it stands for passes defensed, in GLB, it's passes deflected.
Golan's example is a little harder to reconcile, but LB's and S's tend to jet in late and get deflections on plays where they're not charged as being targeted
