I own 3 teams and have a shit ton of alerts and instead of wasting my time going line by line making sure each alert says accepted, just make a rejected extention red or something like that.
Forum > Suggestions > color highlight my alert if a contract is rejected

Or perhaps allow the agent to select from a color palette for assorted messages. IE not just a rejected contract, but an accepted one, or receiving one for one of your own dots. Heh and the ability to turn that option off.
