We could live with something like FB, cover photos will be 851 x151 pixels or whatever. Just be more fun to see I think. Even if hosting was done somewhere else. I can barely read so a picture would help me remember which teams I do what for. Probably you too

FB sucks. That being said, I could care less what you customize on the site as long as I retain an option not to see it and just have the original stock pages/graphics.
