I was just thinking of posting something like this the other day. You explained it better than I would have.

Not in competent at all, Twiggy. Just feel that eventually implementing a more complete search function would be a better way to go. You still seem to be delusional that GLB users are capable of sorting threads.

So.. still at -1

well apparently you are, because incompetent is one word not two. You seem to be delusional to think mods aren't capable of sorting threads.

Well, my little sapling friend... the IPhone lacks my spelling skills. That being said, with the exception of a select few, I have very little faith in the current selection of Mods when it comes to integrity, focus, and interest.

Guess what... -1

I was thinking along the lines of this for subforums: NGTH, Changing epic to Up for Vote, and Implemented to start off with. Then maybe add more in the future. These would be locked sub forums (as in can't auto post a thread there) but pretty easy for mods to tell where to move them.

Not sure I like the idea of tons of subforums, but do like the idea of cleaning it up a bit (for the good).

I know, but I didn't feel like wading through a dozen pages of suggestions to find it.

found this in a thread about transferring the vote system from gd/ffa to suggestions. thought it was poignant.

well the thing about your suggestion is that all you are going to do is move stuff to a sub forum. then once it is in a sub forum people still wouldn't go into the sub forums and try to look for a previously made suggestion. hell 90% of people that make suggestions now don't even go look at the NGTH list. I can also see a few problems with having more sub forums. basically you are going to have to have 1 for Yello1 suggestions. because that in itself is nearing the 1 million mark.

(I had to throw that in there Yello1 I hadn't messed with you in a while. Hope you had a little chuckle)

For me, posts in subforums usually mean posts I don't read.

Not saying its right or righteous. Just the way I am.

So generally speaking I am not a fan of them.
