Could I get some tips on what I did wrong? I knew i messed up, I just wanted to get some insight on how to better the build before I restarted.

I've seen worse, but Natty Pro would be the best that dot could hope for. For the type of build you seem to want, agility needs to be a little higher, into the 90's at least. Catching should be higher for any dot who's primary job is to catch the ball.

A lot of people have their own desires for what a WR should look like, but it's one position where there are multiple builds that can succeed and it's really up to the coordinator to use the dots effectively. I can't really suggest a build structure for you becuase I don't know what you want the receiver to do or which OC you'll be operating under. I do stand by my above statements. Use the VPB on your exising dot, starting him from scratch and run through some permutations.

If you know how to build, ignore the rest - it's just a condensed primer.

Set your height/weight as appropriate, considering the bonuses on the slider bars. Max your first att, then put the rest in your second. Hold the initial 15 SP after this step!
Intense train (enhancing with the BTs) the first att - hopefully you can reach the first cap before boosting your first season, before the next season rolls over. You'll have a day 0 dot already at the first cap.
Take your first att to at least 81 (preferably 84 or higher) before spending any SP anywhere else. Multi-train as soon as you can, double-enhance the first 5 atts you train (including the multi's). Make sure your multi's are atts #2, 3, and 4 in priority.
Take your second att to at least 77, maybe higher, so on and so forth.
Try to determine how many BTs you will need at the end, factoring in any you trade in for SP to get an att to a cap when it's close (so you get the automatic level gain at the higher SP value one level-up sooner). You'll need to start light training at some point.
Hold off on SAs until the very last few boosts/levels.

You can save that build in this sim if you didn't use tokens on bt%r or spin yet.
