This is one of those things which may take awhile before Admin does anything with it. I see at NGTH unless the concept gets refined to the point where Admin likes it.
It would likely cost flex just to invoke the option, and no resets would be allowed once the SA trees are set.
Still, the simplest way is just as I stated before:
