18 boosts - Level 67
Since you were not boosting your entire career you have reached the point where you will only increase levels by boosting. From the second post http://wiki.goallineblitz.com/index.php/Boosting#Boosting_and_Level_Cap_Restrictions go to that link. If you have less than 30 boosts in, compare your level with the # of boosts and you will likely find that you reached the cap level and no longer gain XP.

Your player was created pre-APD so that means you should be able to boost next pre-season (i think you will be 278 or so end of next season) 3 times, and then 6 more times when you hit plateau on about day 2 or 3for a max level of 76.
