I noticed the same problem, except I was trying to do 100% run during a scrimmage for evaluation. Instead, it ran more passes than runs even with auto-adjust set to 0.

And what would their argument be?

"I had my tactics set to 100% pass and auto-adjust to 0 but the dumbass QB threw on third and short"

I dont think that would work.

I've already suggested this before.

Catch/Bort have it set so that 30% of the tactics in causal always come from the basic (i.e. all plays) set. WIth my old casual team, I set it to go Pro Set, 100% run, 100% outside, 100% right and 0% auto adjust. I ran that 4 times and it was only run almost exactly 70% of the time in 1st and 2nd downs (i.e. not passing downs).

It was in the announcement before, that they don't want things spammed in casual, so they put in those measures. 30% is too high, so hence no more casual team for me.
