Since when does everybody get a trophy just because they participated in soccer? I`ve never known that to happen

Achiement awards show progress. This game does need more individual awards.
just some ideas
Training awards for consecutive days on manually training
X number of dots, award repeats as the number of dots taken to completion increases. So if first after dot 5, then 10, 20, 40, 80 and so on
Track team records so players can see those stats. Not just season to season, but all time

Only the top 3 at each position would get one, just like now.

There would still be lots of people who won't get anything.
