I would like to find a rookie league or pee wee team to help out as DC. I am not interested in casual teams as I would like to make full use of the DAI and DPC.
I have never been a defensive coordinator and because of this lack of experience/knowledge, I can not promise anything in regards to performance, especially early in the season. I won't promise you "x" amount of sacks, INT's, FF's, etc., etc. I can't promise to keep the other team to "x" amount of yards or to hold the other team below "x" amount of points per game.
If you are the team that is looking for nothing less than gold or silver your first season together in the rookie leagues or pee wee leagues, I am definitely not a desirable option, in fact, I'd be your last resort.
What I will promise is that I will work to the best of my knowledge/ability to make the defense the best it can be. I hate losing and understand that owners and agents are spending money to own teams and create players.
With that said, I've been fortunate enough to have a few agents with experience and knowledge help me out and I feel I have a solid AI set up. I just need to create some plays for the outputs and everything will be ready to roll. I am planning on using a 4-3 base defense; however, the personnel on the field will be dictated by the offensive play call. I do use a lot of Nickel and Dime formation based plays in my AI.

Because I am inexperienced and want to improve, I feel that for the time being, I should probably only commit to one or two teams at the max so that I can focus on how the defense is working for those teams and make adjustments accordingly.
