Just as it states, please separate the PLFT into a Regular section and a Casual section.

This will allow us to see how many are really serious about playing in either, as they would be posting in one or the other.

Would also eliminate the waste of forum postings when it would be simple and obvious without having to in other ways.

Wouldn't that create twice the work for the recruiter? Would the recruiter purposely ignore the Casual pool if he's in a regular league?

Regular/Casual applies to Coordinators - not players. Players either have a good build or they don't.
