I think adding the ability to audible to a particular play or package would be great! For example. If the defense comes out with 4 lineman and 3 LB and your set up for a run play you can set up in the play selling ai to audible to a pass play or a particular package you have set up. And vise versa. QB's audible all the time based on the defense they see. A lot of QB's go into the huddle with 2 plays called out. That way if they do audible they just go to the other play.

Um... then add in defensive audible? Seriously though... I believe it's more of a game-wide coding issue rather than a bad suggestion. Trying to implement such a change would be a royal headache because you WOULD need to balance it with the defense also being able to audible... which opens up a HUGE hole in the game for bugs all over such a thing since it's an AI based sim, not a 'real player' based sim. I do like the idea... just not what it would do to the game.

I do agree that the defense needs to audible as well. Hense the "vise versa".
