I think an All Star Game for each league would be good too for this sort of thing. Doesnt even have to be "played" but adding an All Star award to all players who are first or second at their position in their conference would be a nice way to make players feel like they are doing well and give them something for their players mantle piece.
That should probably be its own suggestion though, kinda separate idea.
