Prefer the better formatted http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/101880 and I cleared cache and it's still not working

Firefox 14/15 break a lot of scripts, so you have to downgrade if you're using those. And the latest version of greasemonkey is worthless. Upgrade to the beta version or go back to an older one.

GM 0.20 is out of beta (and is working for me), but hasn't been pushed to the main page yet. You're safe with 0.18; 0.19 is the offending version.
