An easy addition I think, that could be helpful.
Keep track of each teams playoff appearances and have them posted on the teams profile page. This could help if agents are trying to decide between teams during recruiting, etc.
The record would reset each time ownership changes.

ETA: Instead of just a flat number, it could also be (Playoff appearances/Seasons owned), so something like 7/8 etc.
