I would buy a team whenever I made new dots for a while there IIRC. And there was an effort to get dots to join in, but it just didn't stick well.
But with three Nat Pro clubs I was able to generate enough interest that we now have a Network of sorts, a Rook team chock ful of OT dedicated dots and only a few of them are mine. Bodes well for OT's chances in the seasons to come.
As for concentrating, like I said until a few seasons ago it was really all focused on the OTM. With the Grace and Word up I brought in more coaching. Ideally I would just do the OTM and have coaches for the others. Nearly there.

Yeah, sadly desire does not generate the time for winnowing out the arcane details hidden in 4 years of Q&A heh. So its slow process of trial and error, which the constant sim changes do not help with at all.

I root for yello too. You give a lot of time to the game and care. Like KoB said, that matters and I'd go so far as to invite prospective agents to forum search you when you recruit. The activity deserves a look by any agent wanting a good owner.
