Seems like a simple thing to do. Have it up on top somewhere where users can see how many seasons an agent has been part of. It shows an experience level of the user and would be an added tool in recruiting the right agents.

i know users that have taken many many seasons off then returned and some even left again (usually student who play mostly during breaks and summer).
i think a better indicator would be some listing of how many teams owned and GM'd for each season. maybe a tab next to retired players would be a GM history that shows each season tally of teams owned, teams HC'd, teams OC'd, etc.
