Watching all these replays, it should would be helpful to have the play that is being called to have the name on it. At time the AI calls a play and I have no idea whether I made the custom play, or if it is just some default play. I then have to spend time looking through all the AI, and custom plays to figure it out.

You can see the plays being called for defense, assuming you are a GM with the appropriate permissions on the team, in the javascript replays. If you are watching flash they might be available once they can figure out some bugs that are preventing them from putting out the newer versions of it.
