Anybody wana train a DC from scratch? No clue at all how defense works. Ill be honest, I have little to no intent of staying with a team long term, but if somebody would like to teach me that would be great, and you could get a short term DC out of me.

no offense, but when you say you have little to no intent of staying with a team long term, it's kind of a red flag to owners/gm's. just from personal experience in this game. faithfulness gets you a long way. i do commend you for being honest though.

in my opinion i think your best bet would be joining a dc forum. pick up a few tricks here and there. and then find a rookie team with nothing to lose. then you can learn as you go...

or imo 2nd best option, become a defensive scout for a team with a decent dc. bust your ass when scouting (it will help you personally in the long run) and talk to said dc as much as possible.

i've been fortunate enough to befriend some really good dc's in my time here. and from what i've learned is everyone has their own methods of doing things. so the more people you get in with, the more it will help you find your groove as a successful dc.
