When you have access right, go to there and find the typical build example.

You're all over the place with that dot man , read around and after this season kill him. First you used pts in Special Abilities , second your EQ is spread into 4 atts. You need to know when and where to put skill point , HOW to train. . READ AROUND is your best option at this point.

Equipment is most effective when not spread out into 4 different stats.
No SAs.
