I think it ias time to end this game. All the players are just crybaby prima donas who will only play on teams who are going to finish 1st or 2nd. That is why I am done recruiting.I will live with CPU players and all those "Gods Gift to GLBers" can kissaw my ---.I would rather go 0-16 every season then have to beg players to sign with us.

You have to get your "rep" up, jedimster. This is something I stress to new owners I have DCed for or helped out in any way. People are more likely to sign with you if they've heard of you. Look at one of the teams I DC now. I'm almost finished with the defensive roster and the offense is only about half full. Name recognition goes a long way.

Something needs to be done on the recruiting angle to reduce the Rich Get Richer nature of it now.

The NFL knows parity is what in the end keeps them in business.

The team I am referring to is nowhere near what you would call a "rich" team. Team was 9-7 last season with a horrendous group of dots on the roster (No telling where they would have finished had I not took over DC half-way through the season). Difference between this team and others with inexperienced owners is this one happens to have an experienced owner as DC.

I've stated this many times. Anyone could become successful at this game if they put in the effort and have enough cares. If you half ass it you're not going to go far.
