I'd rather go for spliting EQ between speed and throwing, but then you wouldn't be good at anything though.

He actually has interchangeable sets of speed/throwing EQ....here he is with the speed -

He loses 11%fake chance and 19 speed for +20 throwing, waste of BTs....It will be useful in Casual though with an OC who knows what he is doing and communicates...

looks nice but 118 throwing seems like it wouldn't work in pro/WL
