Probably not what you want to hear but retire and start over.
In your first season, all your SPs should be going into your most important attribute, in your case throwing. You also shouldn't put anything into SAs until you are level 65ish +.

Actually, not too worried about starting over again at all..
ok so before I start over, any pointers on how to proceed with a qb from the ground up? do I slow build? what do I do with the initial sp and the proceeding boosting sp?
Just train and cap throwing until it s around 61 or 68 then start 4 way multi training, including throwing, and other main attributes, then just keep capping throwing until around 86 but keep training until it rolls over around 90ish, move on with other attributes, mainly vision or strength

Check out some build guides/advice and don't make a QB. Unless you can build better than the handful of very experienced builders who are making QBs for teams that are planning a year ahead (and you can't, believe me) then you won't find a spot above regional pro.
