I made a dot, hit the flood control timer right away, and stopped making dots.
Sure hope they get rid of this...

The flood control isn't even necessary, ever since they changed it so you can't get breakthroughs until your dot is age 4 anyway. Script wouldn't even do anything even if they turned off the flood control.

Well that would be nice as well, but this flood control shouldn't be around either. What about people who create a lot of players for long term teams?

I didn't hit it once this morning so I am pretty sure they tweaked or removed it all together.

Gasp.....A stealth nerf!!!!! i thought GLB didn't do stealth nerfs?

I don't like to think of it as a nerf but rather a buff to creating a bunch of dots.

I still hit it, but I do think it got shorter. However, the label on the flood control still says 1 minute. I still think it would be better just to get rid of it altogether.
