its great to have the utility editor now, and its great to have something that could remind you about EQ upgrades, but the way its set up is not very useful...
it gives a total of the number of potential upgrades for every piece of EQ whether or not you have the BTs to do it
it would better to have perhaps 3 figures-- first the total potential upgrades like now, second a count of the pieces that can be upgraded and third, and the most useful, would be something that takes into account if you currently have the BTs to make any of the upgrades
