i have 21 SPs and 120 bonus tokens also 15 VAs. I can move 18 in AEQ out of strength.

My thought:
1) move 18 to agility
2) 15 VA in technique
3) sell monster hit for shed block and throw SAs in elusive tree

Stats are good so maybe i shouldnt change it?

Natural agility is too low to chase Technique Man.

STR DE's got a kick in their collective teeth just about the time this guy came into his prime so yeah that kinda sucks for you. Hard to convert from that to a pass rusher this late in a build, 112 agi probably make technique man fire against most RT's still though so that is an option. The poster above has a dot with 116 agi with the same va and I doubt the 0.4 agi difference in builds they will fire against will mean anything. I'd go shed block over monster hit, yes.

Switching equipment would make his DE 4 points lower in agility and 5 points lower in strength than mine. I'm able to split equipment because my DEs have ridiculous natural scores in strength & agility, but for the OP dot I would recommend staying fully in strength. Throw some Break Through on him and that would be a really nice 3-4 DE, although I don't know how many DCs besides me use a base 3-4.

Cap vision, confidence, switch monster hit for shed block and use last remaining sp to up shed block some more; basically because of everything jd said (you can't change his build at this point). I just don't like break thru or any strength SA's or VA's since they've been nerfed to hell.
