I am not advocating for all of pee wee to go casual. I am merely asking for a few pee wee leagues devoted to the casual GLB team owner.
pee wee gold, silver and coppa should stay just the way they are now.

Get a group of owners together and buy peewee teams. Then use scrims to put together a custom peewee league where everyone just uses casual tactics. Hell you may end up with a trophy in a copper league while you're at it.
