Teams are all out of contention. Handed reigns of all but one to Head Coaches. The one team I mostly had ready last night.

Some Mediocre builds and lousy documentation making it hard to figure out the ins and outs of the AI strategies without knowing the secret password for the most part.

There is no secret password. You scout the other team and see what their tendencies are. You plug plays in that attack those tendencies.

Bad builds and having too many teams to focus on any one team is your real issue. If you cut down to 1 team, brought all of the best builds over to that team and game planned more diligently you would immediately see better results.

No doubt that is all true.

But there is more to it than that. There are nuances to the game, builds and tactics, that are more about the broken buggy azzed system and the mysteries in the game formulas that only Bort knows and has occassionally muttered vague delphi-isms about that if you missed it you missed it, unless you know someone who didn't miss it.

Same same the knowing someone who has grinded the statistics or crafted some greasemonkey not widely circulated to allow that scouting or to interpret dot build and play interaction understanding to allow them to put the best possible combination of attibutes and skills SAs and VAs and AEQ in the most optimal points on the field, information that the people not in that loop would be hard pressed from scouting a handful of plays most normal humans can manage and looking at the closed builds of the elite and only pondering what the nuances of the OAI settings might be.
