It would make life a little easier if we could somehow get the ability to use the "Left" ( |<-| ) and "Right" ( |->| ) keys to scroll between pages in a thread. I get sick of having to scrrroooooll down or up to find the "directory" for the thread.
It seems easy enough to do, and you give the agent an option to turn it off if wanted.
