I wold like to Know the capping order for a speedster WR and how much for each attribute

different opinions on amount, but if you went 86 / 81 / 81 you wont be far off and it will leave you some wiggle room on other stuff. Others might well go higher, but this is a safe enough base.

lots of varying opinions - I like to take CAR to 68 and I leave VIS around 61 ... but Im not saying that is optimum .. so many opinions out there !
