They are on the 2 yard line though - it should be 100% pass, any throw should be to the endzone so its a TD or incompletion and the QB should know that they can't afford a sack so its throw it away rather than take a sack mentality.

Ideally, that's how it would work. I doubt they'll ever get that in place, though.

Hell, I have seen teams make a 2 yarder and chew up 0:50 of clock which is ridiculous.
