OTM's effective level shows a team that should have a hard time competing at the Natty Pro level. I think you'll be hard pressed to be a consistent playoff team. On the other hand, you guys have a penchant for playing some teams really well considering that EL difference. Either it shows the flaw in EL as a measure of a team's capability or a good ability to game plan and run a team on your part; honestly, I think it's some of both.
