Allow owner the ability to freeze their player at a certain age.

Say you want to join a certain team but your guy is just a few days too old, this would allow you the ability to freeze your player so he doesn't age and then unfreeze him when he's in age range of the great squad you want to join.

Also, going on vacation, gonna be away from GLB for awhile but don't want your players to go to waste? Freeze them.

Probably not a joke. It's been suggested before, most recently with team ownership.

This actually could be a very nice thing to have.

There would have to be a few things to get worked out like only allowing it to happen during an off season rather your freezing or unfreezing.

A few things would have to be ironed out to prevent an exploit. Could limit the amnt of freezes in a players career, could allow them to only boost 3 times in a 48 day stretch of activity (unfrozen).
